Terms of Use

Agreement
These terms apply when you use Animatic Maven, its website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Apple users are also covered by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If these terms conflict with that EULA, the EULA controls for the iOS app.
The service
Animatic Maven lets you capture, upload, organize, annotate, transform, play, export, and share photos, videos, audio notes, and related project information. Features may evolve as the service improves.
Your account and content
You are responsible for your account and for having permission to upload and share your content. You keep ownership of your content. You grant us only the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, back up, and deliver it at your direction. Do not upload unlawful content or content that infringes another person's rights.
Free tier
New accounts begin on the free tier. Free accounts may add up to 50 media files in total and, after reaching that allowance, one new media file per day. Limits may be enforced across devices associated with the same account.
Auto-renewable subscriptions
Animatic Maven Pro is offered as a monthly subscription for US$4.00 and an annual subscription for US$30.00, subject to the localized price shown by the App Store or Google Play. A subscription removes the free-tier media limit while active.
Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your Animatic Maven account does not cancel a store subscription. Except where required by law or store policy, charges are non-refundable; refund requests are handled by the store that processed the purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, upload malware, evade usage limits, or use it to violate law or another person's privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Deletion and availability
The app asks for confirmation before destructive actions. Deleting media, a folder, or a transformation may permanently remove its associated cloud files. Keep copies of important exports. We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or prevent abuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated terms.
