The short version

Animatic Maven uses your account information and the media you choose to provide to make the app work. We do not sell personal information, show ads, or use your content for advertising or cross-app tracking.

Information we process

We process your email address, account identifier, purchase status, and the photos, videos, audio notes, annotations, notes, tags, and project details you choose to provide. Store providers process payment information; Animatic Maven receives purchase and subscription status rather than your full payment-card details.

How information is used

Information is used to sign you in, protect accounts, enforce plan limits, synchronize and organize media, create requested comparisons and transformations, play and export content, provide sharing features you choose, and respond to support requests.

Storage and sharing

Your cloud media is stored under account-specific paths. Content is not public unless you choose to export it or create and share a link. Shared links may be accessible to anyone who receives the link, so share them carefully.

Your choices

You can delete individual media, transformations, series, and folders in the app. The app asks for confirmation before destructive deletion. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of account data.

Security and retention

Data is transmitted using HTTPS. We retain account content while your account is active or as needed to provide the service, then remove it after deletion subject to limited operational backup windows, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

Children

Animatic Maven is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
